When your picture arrives, we will contact you by email. Please note that a valid email address is required.

Please note that our regular restoration and printing charges plus a minimum shipping and handling charge of $14.99 apply for all mailed photo restorations. When we send your original and restored photo, we ship by US Mail, Prioity Mail with insurance.

When your restoration is finished, you will receive an email with your restored picture for you to approve prior to making any payment. When you approve, you can pay using your credit card or with Paypal. We do not accept checks.

Once your payment is complete, we will mail your original photo and the restored photo!
